In September 2011 Oppenheim introduced a structured program that motivates members of the firm to contribute to the firm's success with innovative ideas. Members of Oppenheim continuously feed into the system their innovative ideas for new or improved legal products and services as well as internal and external procedures in order to enhance efficiency in the interest of the client. Each and every idea is reviewed, documented, tested and verified with the help of a stage gate system that was carefully designed in order to meet the requirements of a law firm. Thus, Oppenheim takes care of promoting innovative ideas from the moment of the invention until launch within the shortest time possible. On the other

 

hand, ideas that do not have the necessary potential may be stopped in time in order to avoid the "already-too-much-invested-in-order-to-stop-syndrom" that inhibits innovative processes.
